Emily on the Rogue

Emily loves anything related to the river. We are fortunate to live very near the Rogue River. Here Em is paddling a Tahiti with a group of family and friends. Tahitis are very much like an inflatable sea kayak and are fairly easy to transport and maneuver in rapids and calm water.

So proud of my mother...

My mother, Marita, just started volunteering at our local hospital. I'm so very proud of her. With the loss of her husband last summer, mom has had a long and grueling grieving journey. It's wonderful that she is reengaging in life and using her several decades of nursing experience to again help others. Good job, Mom!
